We offer hourly service to our clients as well as standard maintenance contracts. We bill at $100 per hour in quarter hour increments with a one hour minimum. All of our clients are on Net 15 terms, so within the first 5 working days of the month, you will receive an invoice clearly stating the hours that we spent in your office. That invoice is due by the end of that month.
